Description

This is a customised program designed to raise VCE-VM students’ expectations, motivation & resilience to have them work ready. The uniqueness of the program is that we speak to them from an employer’s perspective. We give them insights into what an employer expects in terms of attitude, work ethic, timeliness, presentation, communication and customer service. The students appreciate our direct, frank and practical advice, because they want to give themselves every chance of securing a traineeship, apprenticeship or full time employment after finishing school.
