60 – 90 minutes

Description

This workshop is based on helping all the staff understand & apply Dr Carol Dweck’s work on developing a growth mindset & Angela Lee Duckworth’s research on grit. When the staff understand what neuroscience is telling us about how the brain functions & how to use positive process praise, students develop a growth mindset, build their resilience & raise their wellbeing & self efficacy for high achievement.

This program also incorporates the outcomes covered in Reinforcing the Messages in the Classroom (see below).
