Power to Persist is a unique program designed to develop resilience & grit in students. Students that are equipped to deal with setbacks, disappointments & failure in a healthy way, are able to handle the pressures they face socially, academically & emotionally; both within & outside of school.

Research suggests that students with a growth mindset develop grit. After explaining neuroplasticity to students in this seminar, they understand that their ‘brain is like a muscle’; it changes & grows when it’s worked &/or challenged. This knowledge makes them far less likely to give up & persist even when they fail, because the more effort they put in, the better their outcomes.
